Did wash hands or change gloves and where gloves to hand cash back to the previous customer. Told them my order and after I was wrung up and paid they said they made a mistake and didn’t charge for my waffle in cup so had to do another $2 transaction for their mistake. Biggest thing is wash your hands, change your gloves

tried the dubai ice cream thing everyone keeps talking about and honestly… kinda disappointed. like yeah it tasted fine, chocolate was good n all but there was barely ANY of the actual dubai stuff in it. kept digging thinking maybe it was just mixed in weird but nope… basically just eating regular chocolate ice cream. felt kinda ripped off tbh. might as well have just got plain chocolate and called it a day staff was whatever, nothing bad nothing great. they spoke so softly that i couldnt understand them... it just didnt hit like i thought it would. 2 stars

Well I Tell YaLL Taylor Needs A Raise! I was in there just about 45 minutes ago. I have Diabetes, and I had an episode. I almost passed clean out.... All I could do was to grab a chair, and I said "Give me something with Sugar in it anything!" Taylor swiftly jumped into Action!!! I was given Chocolate Ice Cream, and a Coke just as quickly! Kept me from going all the way out. Then there was a table with Three Angel's setting there. I forgot the name of the kindest lady! She was a Diabetic also! She had GLucose Tablets! Purchased a retirement party cake, with no communication the cake was sent to the other location across town. There was little apology given and from the drive and lack of communication, had to show up to the party more than half an hour late.

My fiancΓ© and I came here to try another ice cream place in town. At first we tried Sweet Charlie’s (which did set the bar really high) and sought to try another one. We had the birthday cake remix and banana caramel crunch. The ice cream really good. I particularly liked the birthday cake remix more than the banana caramel crunch; however both were delicious. I definitely will get much more ice cream here in the years to come. Cold stone creamery is a good competitor to sweet Charlie’s for unique ice cream in town. Also, big kudos to the staff. They got that late night rush and was able to get everyone’s ice cream to them as quickly as they could without much delay. Keep up the good work!
